The Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region through the Disposal and Appraisal Committee hereby invites all interested bidder to participate in the Public Auction of unserviceable properties of DA MiMaRoPa Satellite Office located at Agricultural Training Institute Building Elliptical Road Diliman, Quezon City on “As-Is Where-Is” basis at the floor price per lot stated below:

Inspection for the above unserviceable properties is open starting 09 February 2026 up to 20 February 2026 during Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and shall be coordinated to the Property and Supply Unit personnel with mobile nos. +63 908 912 3036 and +63 922 565 3004 for the ocular inspection of the said unserviceable property.
The auction tender bid form may be acquired by interested bidders from the Property and Supply Unit office at 3rd floor ATI Bldg. Elliptical Road Diliman Quezon City and upon payment of corresponding auction bond fee equivalent to ten (10) percent (%) of floor price stated above in the amount of twenty-seven thousand five hundred seventy pesos (Php 27,570.00) in a form of cash to the Disposal and Appraisal Committee Secretariat not later than the submission of bidder’s bids.
Public Auction will be held on 23 February 2026, bids in sealed envelopes must be duly received by the Disposal and Appraisal Committee Secretariat through manual submission not later than 1:00 p.m. of 23 February 2026 and bid opening shall immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at conference room of Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region. Auction tender bid form that is not in the prescribed form and/or not accompanied by auction bond at the time of the opening of bids is considered defective bid. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may witness the proceedings of the opening of bids physically or through video conferencing or similar platform if applicable. Auction bonds of non-winning bidders shall be returned after the announcement of the winning bidder.
The Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the auction process, to waive any formality therein and to award to the bidder whose proposal as evaluated by the Disposal and Appraisal Committee is considered the most advantageous to the government.
